Our mission is to be an innovative provider of offshore training,
logistics and marine services.
“We will be the company of choice for offshore training, logistics and marine
services in Australasia.”
Formed in February 1996, The Underwater Centre Fremantle,
trading as TUCF, initially provided a broad range of underwater training
services with emphasis on occupational diver training. To compliment
our training services, TUCF has also been providing vessels and logistical
support services to various clients of the offshore oil and gas industry.
Over the next five years TUCF will expand its role, into a company
which offers unique offshore logistics and marine service solutions
to global oil and gas exploration companies. We will do this while
also remaining adaptive to the changing nature of marine service markets,
and we will be able to respond to the changing market quickly.
As the company’s operations have already grown considerably, services
are now divided into three main areas:
TUCF offers a full range of occupational diver training. The courses
conducted by TUCF cover all industry sectors, including aquaculture,
scientific and commercial construction diving. TUCF's accredited trainers can provide a range of customised training programs to meet the needs of the offshore oil and gas industry.
TUCF is a provider of dive teams to the Australian occupational diving industry. Through its online recruiting database, clients can view candidate information and select personnel that suit requirements. TUCF is capable of training divers and providing dive teams.

TUCF is in the unique position to provide independent advice to dive contractors and companies that employ dive contractors. To date, TUCF have compiled 50% of the accepted Diving Safety Management Systems (DSMS) that have been accepted for diving on Petroleum leases.
TUCF has provided consultants to investigate dive related incidents; audit dive sites and dive management systems; develop systems for the managment of diving operations; verified diver competencies; reviewed project plans; facilitated workshops; audit vessel management systems and inspected commercial tonnage vessels. Clients are from the offshore oil and gas industry, offshore construction, and mining industry. TUCF has longterm service contracts with major Clients.
