 Bookings

Courses run continuously according to demand and places are allocated on a "first-come-first-served" basis to students who have forwarded the appropriate deposit. Provisional bookings are accepted but places can only be held where a deposit has been received.

Please use the booking form provided to reserve your place on a course.

 Deposits & Fee Payments

A 15% deposit is required to confirm a course booking. The balance of all course fees will need to be paid in full by 30 days prior to Course commencement. Once you book onto a course that is the course you must undertake or risk forfeiting your deposit.

PLEASE NOTE that your deposit is
non refundable and non transferable unless you have a medical reason or in other exceptional circumstances. If you cannot commence the course please give us as much notice as possible to avoid further administration charges.

If a student fails to pay all specified outstanding Course fees to TUCF by the due date (30 days prior to Course commencement), the Student will forfeit all monies paid, along with their place on the Course. If a student is experiencing difficulties meeting this requirement, they are to contact TUCF prior to the 30 day deadline.

 Grant Assistance

All ADAS accredited courses have been approved by Centrelink enabling students to access Centrelink benefits while studying ADAS courses. To apply for Centrelink support while studying, students need to download an application form from the Centrelink website.

To get Centrelink support you will need to put the following course codes on your application:

Part 1: 80929ACT Certificate IV in Hyperbaric Operations (Operational SCUBA to 30m)

Part 2: 80931ACT Certificate IV in Hyperbaric Operations (Operational SSBA to 30m)

Part 3: 80933ACT Certificate IV in Hyperbaric Operations (Operational SSBA to 50m)

 Income Tax Relief

In some circumstances occupational diving courses are tax deductible. You must contact your accountant or tax agent for details.

 GST

Prices listed in this web site do include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. The GST commenced on 1 July 2000. Currently GST is payable on:

•  DSI Maintenance.
•  Introduction to Commercial Diving.
•  Shotfirer.
•  Wet Welding.

GST is not payable on:

•  All ADAS commercial diving courses.
•  First Aid courses.
